Frank Magliochetti

Frank was an investment banker before he created one of the
largest infusion therapy and medicare nursing companies in the
world, employing more than 40,000 employees. Over a three-
year period he saw his stock appreciate ten-fold. He then created
several orthopedic service and product entities. One of which,
Orthorehab, was sold for 52 times its original investment just 30
months after starting it for 52 million dollars.

Frank is also Managing Partner of North Andover, MA based
Parcae Capital.

He also assists companies in resurrecting, building, restructuring,
and transforming their businesses. Some examples of his client
base are Xenetic Biosciences, IPC Medical Corp, and Parsons Post
House LLC.
