Arash Mostafavipour serves as a C-Suite executive leading legal, compliance, M&A and cross-functional teams in multiple industries.  Arash started his career at the global law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and has served as a senior executive leader at public companies (Capital One, Healthpeak Properties, Mr. Cooper, and New Century Financial) and portfolio companies of private equity and hedge fund institutions (Fortress and Carrington).  In addition to his executive responsibilities, Arash serves as a Board member for the Association of Corporate Counsel in Dallas, Texas and is a regular conference panelist and champion of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

Arash is known for his execution bias, servant leadership, strategic thinking, complex problem-solving, learning agility, process optimization, and ability to operate and innovate in gray space.  He has completed in excess of $20 billion of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in industries such as healthcare, technology, financial services, real estate, defense, food and beverage, and communications. 

Arash has a J.D. (cum laude) and an MBA (beta gamma sigma) from Georgetown University, and graduated with a B.S. (summa cum laude and phi beta kappa) from UCLA.
